My approach to quality starts at the source of truth: the database. I have built automated verification suites that go beyond UI and API checks to confirm that data is actually persisted correctly, defaults are applied, and timestamps are sane. This catches an entire class of bugs -- caching inconsistencies, race conditions, silent failures -- that surface-level testing misses entirely.
