- Identify your current blockers and write them using the three-part format above.
- Use the agile QA checklist for your next sprint. Track which items you consistently miss.
- Propose a change to your team's estimation process that better includes testing effort.
- Measure how many stories end the sprint "in testing" vs "done." Is there a pattern?
